Indexer-cube part

Hi everyone!
I have this cube part 2x2x2, it is the best to use 4 axis indexer, but I don't know how to get start on mastercam x3. First, I want to mount size A on indexer. Second, do drill and contour outside of side B. Finally, do contour inside of side C. Please...help.

I would mount open side to indexer (opposite to A), then rotate the part and face 4 sides (B, C and opposite sides) and contour A.
That way after 4th axis operation you will have one more operation to complete the part.
Remember that less set ups mean a cheaper part (set up time is where we spend most time) , when you approach a job think always how to make a part efficiently.
